What I liked best was their customer service experience! From the first day our representative made us feel so comfortable and at ease. They were budget friendly and they provided us with a free estimate! When the installers came, they were so friendly, and you can tell they really took pride in their work. “One will never go wrong by hiring Lunstrum Windows of AZ. They have installed 8 windows for us & they are perfect. We live in the Sonoran Desert where the wind gusts wreak havoc with windows & framing, not to mention the silt that collects inside the home. All may be due to faulty workmanship and/or substandard windows. We appreciate Lunstrum's commitment to professionalism, pride in the work produced & their attention to detail on behalf of the client. These individuals are honest, true-to-their word, conscientious & above all, customer-oriented (a lost virtue nowadays). If they built homes, we'd buy one today! ! !”

“We had Krasiva replace the windows, 2 sliders, and front door on our condo in Phoenix. They did an excellent job. Their installers were professional and friendly. We noticed a huge difference in the amount of noise, light, and heat that were prevented from entering our home thanks to the new windos and doors. These are exceptionally well-made windows and doors. We recently bought a new home out in Goodyear, AZ, and are slowly replacing those windows and doors as well. Five years later, the staff is the same, which tells you the company is well run and we are just as happy with the windows and slider that have been installed so far. We did consider a different local company, but Krasiva has earned our trust and the costs were very similar. Krasiva is a company local to the Phoenix area. They will not sell you the cheapest windows available for home (ie.- that you could get at the big box stores) but the right windows available for your home and budget.”
