She was always sensitive to cost and worked hard to stay within my budget. She also made it very easy to work with all of the contractors, painters, etc. All of the contractors she works with are professional and really care about their work. In most cases, I did not have to deal directly with anyone other than Jeanelle - so easy! Not only did she stick to the timeline given, but was early in some cases. “I researched for several months before deciding to go with ISS Designs for two wall units in my apartment. I could not be happier. I was very particular with what I wanted, and their design team worked with me to ensure that everything I wanted was included. The cabinets and drawers have custom depths so that cords for a printer and table lamp would be hidden behind the drawer and plugged into an outlet that the wall unit covered. All the parts came in two shipments and were neatly packaged. They were very patient with me while I meticulously went over all the parts that were shipped. I chose not to install them myself and instead used a contractor that they recommended. The installation cost was worth every penny. What should have been a relatively straight forward installation took a considerably long time, not because of the design, but because of problems with my walls. Despite the difficulties, the installation was outstanding, and the installers made sure the shelving were at heights to my liking. The two units are stunning and exactly what I wanted to meet my storage needs. I highly recommend ISS Designs.”

Shelly is the designer of the business, she helps come up with ideas and space planning to make sure the built in, staircase or office library fits to the best of standards making the space look complete and larger then you would expect. They have now worked with me on two homes. My last home they built a dining room shelving unit, TV built in and office in my loft. I sold that town-home at the highest price sold in that community and I really believe it has to do with the custom upgrades Vince and Shelly built. In my new home Vince and Shelly have designed and remodeled my staircase, made new cabinets for my kitchen, TV built in in my family room, TV built in in my playroom, built a beautiful office space and perfected my laundry room. The work and quality is far more superior then anything else I have seen in other homes within the area. The process in pretty simple, they come out take a look at the space, measure and email ideas back and fourth. Then come up with drawings and once approved they build everything off-site and install within a few days…depending on how large the project is. I highly recommend this company and continue to work with them on many projects not only for me but my clients.”

“We hired Edgar and his team to refinish a dining room table, two leafs, 6 chairs and china cabinet. It came out beautifully, and quickly. Edgar brought us a sample right away to approve, they picked up the furniture and it was returned within days. We were so pleased with the result, we asked Edgar to give us an estimate on updating our kitchen cabinets. We had previous estimates and Edgar’s was much more reasonable. They went from a stained dark brown to white, with soft close drawers and doors. He was able to modify small drawers into large single drawers. Edgar is a perfectionist, and has a pleasant personality. When they sprayed the cabinet boxes, they had completely taped off the area, there was no overspray. We highly recommend this company, and are planning more home updating projects with Edgar.”
