“I hired Robert to replicate an interior door with a couple requested changes, and it turned out great! My house was built in 1928 with very nice multiple level molding single panel doors. I have two cats and wanted to relocate the litter box to the basement, and so I needed to install a pet door, but I knew I would butcher the door if I did it myself. I also wanted the door to be longer as we are taking out the thick carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors, and the bottom gap from the current door would be too large.
I called several places for quotes on the project, 4 responded. Two were insanely expensive, at $2k and $4k for the project. Robert's price at $530 was right inline with the 4th quote, but he was more responsive and I liked his website showcasing past work. Robert was easy to work with and quickly understood what I was looking for. He was flexible with evening pickup and delivery times, allowing me to not miss work. When he delivered the door, he quickly made the modifications needed to have the new door fit fit in the old, non-square frame. I'd highly recommend him and have attached some pictures for comparison (old door is painted).”

“Jonathan and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. His estimate was very competitive and he kept to the budget. His timeline was accurate and his expertise was outstanding. He renovated our kitchen, took it down to the studs. We now have a fabulous new functional kitchen. Jonathan even came on December 24 with a makeshift counter top so that we could cook on Christmas. The company making our cabinets and counter top had a delay and Johnathan wanted us to be able to celebrate as a family. He pays great attention to details. We were so impressed with his work we passed his name to 2 other friends. He completed a job for one and will start with the other shortly. I recommend Jonathan without hesitation. Next winter I'm having him back to redo our master bathroom.”

I needed to replace and expand a deck to my house and worked with Zachary, the owner of RCC, Reichelt Construction. His completed work far exceeded my goal.
During the design phase, we talked about a number of options. He was patient and helpful, developing cost-conscious approaches and alternatives that didn't degrade the design. It was a team approach with his professional expertise guiding the project.
We did a beautiful Azek honey-colored deck with white rails and copper cap accents. It is perfection! Everyone in the neighborhood complements me on the deck. “Frank and his team did a wonderful job bringing our deck back to life! Our previous stain was fading and peeling, and the deck was in desperate need of some sanding and new stain. Frank and his guys were friendly and very knowledgeable, and helped explain the importance of a good quality stain, and made recommendations on brands and colors that would work well for us.
In true summer-in-New England fashion, the timeline of the project needed to be adjusted to work around heavy rainfall. Throughout the process, Frank made sure to communicate with us and let us know the progress that they had made, and next steps. They were diligent about continuing to work on the deck when the weather allowed - even on 80+ degree days!
The team's dedication and hard work really shows - our deck looks amazing and we are so happy with the outcome! I would absolutely recommend Oliveira Painting & Carpentry for anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.”
