The whole process was seamless starting with the initial design consult with Adam where he brought samples and provided suggestions for cabinet pulls and knobs. Scheduling the installation was simple and the crew was good about communicating the arrival time. They worked quickly and the results are amazing. There is a reason Perfect Cabinet has 5 star reviews, and it is because they truly focus on perfection. “My wife and I had purchased a rare kitchen back splash for our new home and wanted a professional tile company to design and install the backsplash and background pattern.. We were referred to Ray Ljubisic, a designer at Alexander Otis Collection, LLC. Ray integrated the backsplash with a background pattern that was unbelievable. He presented a number of options for my wife and I to choose from and he offered design details we had not considered. His experience and recommendations made the final design "pop" and is a signature item in the home. He was competitive in his pricing and we would not consider using any other firm for our tile needs in the future.”

They are also superior problem solvers; we had a lot of unexpected structural and design issues. The Craftsman were a pleasure to have in our house. Met at show room with measurements and design work was initiated. After a few changes, cabinets, counter top ordered and work began.
