“We recently finished a basement remodeling project with Slain Construction. We had a wonderful experience with Bob and his crew of workers. They were respectful, friendly, tidy and obviously took a lot of pride in their work. We were in constant communication with Bob and always knew what his schedule was. He was receptive to our ideas, many of which came from houzz.com, in addition to sharing his own thoughts. He was very good at taking our random ideas and meshing them together to make a beautiful, well put-together space that flows just the way we had envisioned.”

“Mike Johnson is a meticulous carpenter. His work is outstanding. He is pleasant and communicates well with the homeowner. Mike is respectful of your home and cleans up his work space each day he is there. He arrives at the specified time and completes the work in the agreed time span. Mike has done two different jobs for me. Each one added value and character to my home. I absolutely adore this craftsman!”

“I could not be more pleased with my experience at Boss Carpet One Floor and Home in Freeport. Joleen Baumgartner listened to us and helped us find the perfect tile and vinyl and window treatment for our bathroom remodel. Joleen also made other suggestions to us for the total look, including the sink and toilet. She directed us to where we could buy the vanity. We're so glad we chose to go with her recommendations! Her design expertise and excellent customer service skills made this project a breeze. The installers from Boss Carpet One Floor and Home were prompt as scheduled and professional. The results of the work from Boss Carpet One are simply gorgeous. We have also worked with them on smaller flooring and tiling projects throughout our home and rental. The prices are always fair, the quality of workmanship and product can't be beat. We will continue to do business at Boss Carpet One Floor and Home.”
