“We have commissioned Vick for a couple of special "wood" projects... one involved a beautiful black walnut cabinet/table top for a customer, and the other was a boat/cocktail table for our home. The table top turned out to be a stunning piece, and as for the boat/cocktail table, we couldn't be happier! Vick takes the time to understand exactly what you want. After all, if you want a custom piece, it usually involves uniqueness. He asks great questions, and is quite honest in telling you what will and what won't work. Vick knows what he's doing, and it shows. He's a true craftsman.”

“I was looking for some reclaimed wood for a home project. I called several places before I found Atlanta Specialty Woods. They had exactly what I needed for my project. The owner took me around the entire yard to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He asked the right questions to make sure I considered all the possibilities. The staff was very responsive and courteous.
