“John Varney is a true craftsman. I have used him on many projects over the years and all were finished with the highest quality and care. My last project with him was a huge remodel and the kitchen part of the project was so lovely that it landed on a magazine cover. Can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his standards. From project inception, to execution and completion, he was with us every step of the way and was readily available to answer questions, provide insight and give direction. The end result were cabinets of incredibly high quality an durable build. The carpentry was second to none, and we're so glad we went with all custom rather than pre-fab or semi-custom. We're so happy with our kitchen and forward to the many years it will serve at the "true living room" of our home!”

“Ron was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and also had great suggestions of his own. He is extremely meticulous and detailed. He has done two bathrooms and 2 sets of built-ins around our fireplace, and was on time. He is currently working on our kitchen. We were tight on space in one of the bathrooms and he modified the cabinets so they weren't as deep. They turned out great; Everyone comments on the quality and how spacious our bathroom is----little did they know we were counting inches.”

“I hired Zonce woodworking to build a custom mantel. I wanted the distressed wood appearance and Mr Zonce knew exactly where to look to find the wood I needed for the project. With material in hand work began rather quickly and he had the mantel cut down to size and shaped along with designing a very nice pair of corbels within the day. The project was stained and after a few days the project was delivered and installed by Mr Zonce. My wife and I could not be happier. The entire living space looks so much nicer now. I took a tour of his shop prior to hiring him for the job and was very impressed with the vast array of saws, sanders, hand tools and other wood working machines he has to build not only fairly simple work such as a mantle but more refined projects too. I was fortunate to see some of his other work going on at the time such as custom dining room tables, computer desks, and even a guitar. Truly magnificent!”
