“I have worked with Barrett’s on several projects – one at our home in Naperville and another at our showroom in Geneva. The people at Barrett’s set them apart. The sales staff are more like trusted advisors who inform and guide you throughout the process and ultimately to the ideal solutions. The project managers and installation crew is expert and friendly. The Barrett’s team has a nice way of relating to those of us who are not savvy to the latest home technology and explain germane information in lay terms. I know the owner Joe Barrett and General Manager Brian Perreault personally and professionally and feel they have great integrity. I would highly recommend this firm.”

“Dan is very knowledgeable and personable. AudioVideo Specialist installed an entire house sound system as well as 1 actual theater room and 2 other rooms with theater quality sound and view. “Doug is a GOD send!!! After months of numerous phone calls and 2 companies coming out to "FIX" my wifi network but it still was working after they left; Doug came out and had my network back up and working Great in 1 hour. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him if you are having any network troubles!!!! Doug is AWESOME!!! I found Doug through the Houzz app back in 2015 and I have been calling him ever since for all my audio visual and internet needs. Doug is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Just recently Doug installed a tv over my fireplace as you can see from the pictures above we started from scratch no outlet or cable jack. Now we have this nice TV and soundbar over the fireplace. I highly recommend Doug for any internet or audio visual needs!!!! Thank you Doug for everything!!!”

Their installation work was great and the equipment they recommend is top notch. Problem? They are there in a timely fashion and fix it. Can't imagine in Lake County Illinois who I'd call.”

“Kole Digital brings a lot of passion and innovative ideas to a project. It's your budget and their expertise. We had our basement set up for entertainment purposes - bar, screen/projector, couple of TV's, lights, soundproof panels, seating etc.. Kole brought their ideas and worked collaboratively to develop and bring it fruition. Their expansive showroom provides a good set of examples and recommend one visit the place before embarking on your project. One of the challenges we faced was around having the project delivered in time for which one needs to work closely with them else dates may get slipped. Overall, one will feel satisfied and happy with the outcome - that was our experience.”
