We had our basement set up for entertainment purposes - bar, screen/projector, couple of TV's, lights, soundproof panels, seating etc.. Kole brought their ideas and worked collaboratively to develop and bring it fruition. Their expansive showroom provides a good set of examples and recommend one visit the place before embarking on your project. One of the challenges we faced was around having the project delivered in time for which one needs to work closely with them else dates may get slipped. “I cannot say enough good things about sound design. They are incredibly professional and helpful with all their work. People are wowed by all the cool gadgets we have and the amazing sound system. They have great customer service. I've worked with the owner Al who is a great guy. His employee Kristy Albrecht called just to make sure everything was still working well, 2 years after the install. They maintain the equipment well and always respond if there is an issue (and the only issues I have had were after changing a cable box that had died (cable company equipment, not their stuff). I called and they were immediately there to fix it.
I have dealt with a lot of contractors and laborers for many house projects. I always recommend sound design and their entire team. You will not be disappointed!”

“Trendsetters Custom Design, LLC was first introduced to me by a couple a year ago. They'd just bought a home with an unfinished basement. The husband is a sports fanatic! Trendsetters Custom Design came over and asked the couple how would they like their basement to look. What would the ideal basement be for them. Being a friend, I was able to see an unfinished basement turn into an amazing theatre room, game room, full bathroom and bar area. Truly amazing, but my interest was in having my kitchen upgraded. A co-worker had the same idea in mind so I referred her to Trendsetters. I didn't see before pictures of her kitchen, but she was so thrilled with the professionalism and the attention to detail that she invited a few of us over to see.
