I've also been very impressed with their ability to solve programming and networking issues and fully expanded my home to strengthen my entire network system which now works perfectly. Anybody interested in high end theater equipment, networking, lighting, cameras and control systems should definitely hire this company. One very important feature of working with this company is that they don't tell you that your existing equipment is useless and try to upsell you only new stuff. They were capable of working with my existing previous hardware and tying it into my new system. I really appreciated not being given the hard sell tactics that other companies often do. They were even able to program my existing light system into my Savant home control system. So far I haven't come across a problem with my home that they haven't been able to solve. Whether you're a new customer and just want a turnkey project and not be involved with all the details they can do that or if you're like me who has some technology abilities then they will work with the customer very closely and explain everything. Again, I highly recommend this company for an excellent customer experience”

“Installed a complete Savant system on our home. We went with an upgraded theater and the new outdoor sound system. Work was explained prior to installation and the education process was top notch. The only problem we had was Comcast. His technician must have spent 2 days getting those idiots at Comcast's to fix the problem we had with the fiber. The techs never complained about it, they said that this is they way Comcast treats all the AV guys. I completely understand. I have sent Savage to several of my friends that had other companies install systems in their homes. The problem they had was their AV company would not educate them how the system works. They just told them to go on line. Joe took the time and went to their home and went through the entire system. The best thing is he did it for free. You don't see that very often. Great company to work with.”
