“This company is on the few companies I hired where not only they provided me with an outstanding service but way beyond what you would expect from the minor little detail .They are not satisfied and leave the job site unless you are satisfied ,they have always an answer to your question and give you the best advise I have been working with them on my project since 2015 and never was disappointed. I won't trade them or their services for no money in the world .Anthony for example is a person who pays an enormous attention to the details .I can't with just a few words describe all their professionalism .I have to say I love to work with them and will continue to update my system. “It is a cliche but this really is my first review. The extremely high quality of Signature Audio Video System's (SAVS) services left me no choice. SAVS installed an Epsom projector, speakers and screen (together with installing and then integrating the DVD, Apple TV and universal remote control). Before coming across SAVS I had shopped around and I found other suppliers to be slow, more expensive and remarkably unresponsive (in one case I visited the shop multiple times and heard nothing). Howard at SAVS was different: he was immediately responsive to my request for information and in fact felt bad that we had experienced awful service. So on the very day I called him he came to our flat (even though he was in NJ at the time), took pictures and measurements and walked me through the process, cost etc. He got back to me with a quote and despite multiple questions thereafter he was exceptionally responsive, often answering any questions within minutes of me asking. We changed our mind about the system we wanted, mixing and matching products. Not once did he complain and he was always a model of someone who just wants the customer to be happy. On the day of installation his team were thoroughly professional; he was on hand to walk us through the system. His good humor, empathy, desire to please the client and all round knowledge make him a superb professional and his company, SAVS, really worth hiring for your audio video needs.”

Kieran and his team assessed and evaluated the network, recommended the change of hardware, and what the software and logistical solutions needed to be, and quickly and effectively got us back up and running with CLEAR, strong wifi and smooth network with a new customized range, etc. They are prompt, knowledgeable, straightforward and super easy to work with. They walked our hands right through the whole process! 5 Stars for sure!”

“This company, consisting of the most competent men I know, not only installed my television on the wall and located the electronics in a nearby closet but also instructed me, quite patiently, in the use of the equipment. In addition, the men were always available, via telephone, email, text message or in person, to give any help I ever needed. I do not know where one gets this kind of service anywhere for anything these days. I must add that everything done was both neat and clean; I am a pretty fussy person!”
