“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. She had thought the 3D designs were real..! - Davis Micahel”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. We really would be lost without her. The best part about looking at houses with Ashley is that we know we will continue to utilize her extensive knowledge after we decide on a home. “Working with Jim was an amazing experience. I loved watching his creativity in action-- What an eye for detail and design!!! We started with a kitchen remodel that spread throughout the house (my fault!!!). I couldn't have been happier with our choices-- from wall color to baseboard sizes to fixtures to design principles. “My wife and I met Peter in 2017 and decided to have him handle the architectural design for the interior remodel of update of our mid-60s modern. We had very specific ideas and requirements for the project. Peter exceeded our expectations in every respect and out of necessity, came up with creative alternatives that kept our remodel on-budget and feasible. Peter is very receptive, friendly, respectable and capable. Professional in every respect, I have no reservation in recommending him to others and I intend to recruit him again for a garage/art studio project that I envision for the future. Construction is currently underway and I'll post before and after photos upon completion, so check back periodically for the updates.”

We are a small architecture firm in San Clemente and we enjoy collaborating with Andrew when our office is overloadeded with work. He has always been there for us when we need him.
