In addittion he assisted me with sourcing specialist items, for example, the arctic white glass splash backs used instead of tiles, plinth lighting etc. At no time did Rob pressure me into increasing my costs. I believe that due to all his efforts and support, throughout the whole process, Rob installed me a bespoke kitchen, of the best quality possible within the agreed budget. With each consultation my confidence in Rob Increased. From start to finish his commitment and enthusiasm for my project was completely exclusive and genuinely inspired. He commenced and completed on the agreed dates and made the whole experience worry free. To employ Rob was definitely one of my better life choices. “When I decided to redo my kitchen, the choice of supplier was daunting, how could I choose? What should I look for? The answer surprised me, I visited quite a few local suppliers and although I could have chosen a kitchen from any one of them, something held me back. Then out of the blue I found a website for 'Ability Kitchens', intrigued by this local kitchen supplier/manufacturer that I knew nothing about I set off for a visit. The showroom was small, but perfectly formed. I was met by a very personable man, he didn't badger, or push and was happy to answer any questions (and I had a few, some of which were, to be frank, stupid) but this visit and a subsequent visit just felt 'right' and I was more than happy to proceed. The choice of kitchen was relatively easy and as they manufacture the units themselves I wasn't restricted to set sizes and I was able to hand the whole project over to them, planning, kitchen, integral units, building work, electrics, plastering, plumbing etc. was all included on the estimate. I was kept in the loop at all times, people arrived when they said they would, completed their tasks on time, were courteous and approachable and it was all made so so easy for me, My finished Kitchen is a delight, I am so pleased with it and I must mention the quality of the units which are superb. From start to finish, I cannot fault Ability Kitchens and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“We first spoke with Ricky at Richards & Richards in March of 2019, and were immediately impressed by the way that he and all the other staff treated us. He came out, measured up, taking into account what we were looking for at that time. He came up with ideas that we had not considered, and invited us back to the showroom after a week or so to see the 3D designs, which helped us to visualise the look of our new kitchen. Both my wife & I were absolutely amazed by how he had managed to make our kitchen look so different and so much bigger. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever! We threw Ricky a number of ‘Curve Balls’ resulting in him having to amend his design…….yet again. To say that he has the patience of a saint is an understatement! I cannot say how pleased we were with the way that the installation was organised and project managed. We knew exactly what was being done, by who and on what days. Everyone who worked on our project was courteous and respectful of our property, it was a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. Rick who did the installation was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. No job goes without hitches and problems, it is how a company deals with them that shows how good it’s service is, and R&R get 10 out of 10 in respect of this.
