“Keith and his team are excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We had a main bathroom refurbishment and installed a new ensuite shower room and toilet to our loft room. They might not be the cheapest but it was worth paying a little extra for such a great job. Started and finish on schedule. Very pleasant and friendly to work with, even the neighbours were full of praise for them. The finish can't be faulted. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Very pleased the bathroom looks and is better than I imagined, I have a very small cottage and the bathroom is in keeping now with it style and complements the rest of the cottage making it more luxurious. “Having previously worked with Martina and her team on another bathroom in our house, we knew who to go to straight away when it was time for a second project. This time was even easier than the first as Martina knew the style and functionality we were looking for and after an initial visit to the lovely showroom it took just one more trip to confirm the design and make one or two selections. Throughout the process from initial visit to completion, Martina and the InStil team were great, any minor issues being bought to us with solutions already considered and ready to go. We would be glad to recommend InStil to anyone looking to make a change to their home for the better and use a company who not just at produce an fantastic product, but who have great customer service.”

“We have known and used John Wesson as a plumber and heating engineer for several years. He has done many small jobs for us and two major projects - a downstairs cloakroom and a main family bathroom. The cloakroom involved fitting a new WC, a small hand basin and vanity unit and re-tiling the entire room. The family bathroom involved removing all the old fittings and designing and installing a new WC, and large walk-in shower unit and a hand basin with a cupboards below and above plus retiling the entire room. John works to the highest professional standards, shows enormous attention to detail and sensitivity to customer requirements in the design phase of a project. He also maintains our central heating system and is "gas safe" accredited. Most importantly he is a pleasure to have around, conscientious and entirely trustworthy.”
