David was helpful, professional, pleasant and patient throughout our quite lengthy decision making. We are delighted with our completed bathroom. Highly recommend the company.”

“Have recently bought a freestanding Stone composite bath from this Company. I looked at lots of others but this was by far the best and at a very good price. Wayne was incredibly helpful, since the bath was going into a new build annexe, he was happy to hang on to it until it was needed. I will definitely be using this company in the future. “I had contacted this company in early July 2015 for advice on my bathroom. I spoke to the lovely team who offered advice and recommendations for sizes of the products etc. My emails where answered promptly and phone calls where always returned. After many decision changes (on my part) I finally put in the order for my bathroom suite. Upon placing my order I was advised of any lead times on items, and also my first available date for delivery. My delivery arrived on the date as agreed, my bath packed securely in a packing crate and my sanitary wear in a separate pallet to the side. After the goods arrived I couldn't wait to open them up and get started with the fitting! The products look and feel exactly as I would have expected, the bath itself was more than I expected at such a low price compared to other people on the market. When I called the office for technical information they were more than happy to help and sent through all specification sheets that I required. All in all I would recommend anyone who is looking for a traditional bathroom suite and would like to speak to a real person on the phone to purchase from this company 10/10!”

“We needed to replace our bathroom but were struggling to get to a design that was both sensitive to the period of our cottage but also modern and practical for us to use! We engaged Jane at the Bathroom Design Studio to help us and she came up with a design that delighted us as it totally met our brief. Having a scaled visual picture to work with was so helpful in helping us ensure the final result would be perfect. We used our own fitter for the installation and Jane worked with him throughout the project to ensure there were no issues. The final result is amazing and we couldn’t be more thrilled . Everyone who sees our new bathroom just say Wow - enough said!!”

“Steam Innovation worked collaboratively with our bathroom supplier Classic Interiors in February 2021 to provide a superb, fully tiled, easy to use two person steam room with shower. The complete strip out and refit of our bathroom took four weeks and was undertaken during a period of difficult winter weather, Brexit and global COVID-19 pandemic. The two companies worked incredibly well together and adjusted their schedules slightly to accommodate each and the requirements of social distancing. The finished bathroom and steam room is a tribute to their high quality workmanship, skill and dedication. The steam room has Effegibi touch sensitive controls which are very responsive and incredibly easy to use with three heat settings, white and mood lighting and essential oils diffuser. The steam room experience is superbly relaxing and refreshing. We are extremely pleased with the result. We have no hesitation in recommending Steam Innovation and Classic Interiors to other customers.”

“We hired Carl from CDS Tiling to do 50% of the renovation works in our flat. From laying tiles over underfloor heating to fitting 2 bathrooms he has delivered superb results every time. I could tell you any number of reasons to hire him, but let me give you this: how many tradesmen come back after they have 'done' the work and have been paid? in our experience not many. There were a few small jobs that needed doing (e.g. door stoppers) that needed doing and he came back without hesitation. We've honestly had a lot of rotten and stinking tradesmen and companies do work for us through what can only be described as an Everest of renovations, but Carl has been our rock - dependable and reliable throughout. He has been the only constant we've had and, although It might sound a little extreme for some readers, hand on heart we wouldn't have coped with this renovation without him. If you want someone who is excellent at his trade, prices fairly and has the organisational skills to deliver on time, go for Carl. Luke & Pauline”
