“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“As part of a major refurbishment project, we were re-fitting a family bathroom and ensuite shower room, and creating a new shower/clockroom. Cranleigh Bathrooms provided a full design service for us - their ideas were creative and they worked with us to find quality products within our budget. They were significantly cheaper than other suppliers were approached. Rebecca's product knowledge was first class but what made Cranleigh Bathrooms stand out was the level of customer service - both pre-and post sales - nothing was too much trouble. I particularly liked the fact they came to measure the rooms and checked for existing services before starting the design work, as well as being comfortable working off architect's plans for the new room.”

“Fabulous bespoke shower door for our small ensuite in loft conversion. Service included templating and installing. Very professional and excellent installation by very friendly staff.I would highly recommend them and would use them again.”

“Fantastic service. Exactly matched my old bathroom suite where the sink had a crack in it. We couldn't replace it anywhere and then we found the Brokenbog website. They were courteous and efficient.”

“Really pleased with my new bathroom and kitchen. Extremely reliable and honest. Gave realistic timeframes. Very professional - I went off to work each day and returned home to find progress and was very considerate on my home - protected my floors and gave very good advice on design and durable products that would provide longevity!
