“From my initial idea of what I wanted for my bathroom upgrade I progressed to a far better design with far superior products. Richard made suggestions which would never have occurred to me and the finished bathroom was much better than I had thought. The room actually looked bigger and less cluttered despite the shower being twice the size. The complete job took far less time than I had thought and all work was carried out with the greatest care and minimal disruption.
