“We decided to change our bathroom to a wet room and Conrad Designer Bathrooms were the people we chose for the project. It was not an easy task but they came up with a good plan and also suggested some ideas which we hadn’t thought of. They worked very hard and kept us informed throughout. The project took just over two weeks and the planning and co-ordination of all the tilers, plasterers and electricians went like clockwork. We are so delighted with the finished product and would recommend Conrad Designer Bathrooms to anyone who wants a beautiful, stylish and well finished bathroom/wet room.”

“Excellent job. Removed old bathroom, walls, plumbing. Built new walls to resize room, plastered as necessary, installed bathroom, plumbing, heating, lighting and decorating. Took care of asbestos (!) and all other issues as they occured. Very pleased with finish on completed work. And all within budget”

“Complete bathroom renewal. Very good professional job from start to finish. Liked detailed estimate and practical advice during planning phase. Implementation was very thorough and everything finished to a very good standard. Job completed in an acceptable timescale and final account was in line with the estimate. “the first Job I commissioned was on a house conversion to 3 flats. the tiling work was floor an walls for 3 kitchens and 5 bathrooms. the price was very competitive yet the quality of finish was top notch. Laz was very accommodating and flexible, in fitting in with other trades. No photos i am afraid as it was a while ago and the 3 flats were sold off.”

“Keith and his team are excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We had a main bathroom refurbishment and installed a new ensuite shower room and toilet to our loft room. They might not be the cheapest but it was worth paying a little extra for such a great job. Started and finish on schedule. Very pleasant and friendly to work with, even the neighbours were full of praise for them. The finish can't be faulted. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“piper power is extremely professional and takes the job seriously and completes the work to the highest standard. Will help in the design and choice of products where needed. I have used this company for my redesign and implementation and fitting of a complete new design of an en suite shower bathroom and toilet, as well as a large kitchen / utility room. I have recommended this company to neighbours' who have had a redesign of their en suite and work in their downstairs hallway area with great success. I cannot recommend piper-Power highly enough”

“I have used Bedford Building Maintenance on many occasions, and every time they have gone above and beyond to make sure the work they do is perfect! We have had our roof repaired by them , it was an emergency as we had water coming into the bedroom, they came that day, made the roof waterproof before returning the next day to complete the job. They have put various fence panels up for us after wind damage, and due to us having a dog, have come around as soon as we had the panels and fixed them straightaway. After an extremely large gate post rotted away, They sourced a new one for us, and came round and fitted it, even making both gates level (which they weren't before) so they closed properly - not an easy job but they did it even though technically they were only there to fit the post! We have just asked them to come a plaster our dining room, I expect they will complete this with the same high standard of all their work! I would recommend Bedford Building Maintenance to everyone, they are lovely people and when they leave, there is no mess at all! A very hardworking company!”
