“Excellent service and timely care. As a disabled person I needed a special flue opener to operate the flue. Chimney& Masonry Outfitters literally built from scratch a special flue so that I could open and shut it-no extra charge. They treated me and the situation like they did it every day. They also were the lowest estimate for the insurance company and worked seamlessly with the insurance company to get my money back as soon as possible. High Quality work, with people who cared.”

“Our first impression upon entering the business set the tone for things to come. The showroom is comfortable and well laid out. A very pleasant, well informed repsentative listened to our desire for a gas-fired insert. She showed us what the business had to offer, and described the qualities of each. That was followed up with brochures and cost sheets for us take and study. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision right then and there. After making a decision, the installers checked our home to insure compatibility with our choice. The subsequent installation went just as planned. We can't wait for cooler weather to enjoy the benefits of our new insert!”

“I was shocked to discover that no one sold the kind of fireplace cover that I was looking for. I found screens, but no real covers to block the air and bugs from traveling down my fireplace. When I finally discovered a real fireplace cover for my fireplace, I was relieved! Fireplace Love's staff was professional and friendly and helped me find the right measurements for my fireplace, and they created a custom-made fireplace cover just me me. I can't praise Fireplace Love enough for providing a product that's beautiful and cost effective!!!”
