“We replaced our gas fireplace with one from Tall Pines Farm and could not be happier. The logs look incredible, and the remote allows us to tweak the flames and even use it to heat the room (has a thermostat). Tall Pines replaced the thermostat under warranty - I told them not to bother checking because we'd had it so long! They clean and service every year and couldn't be more pleasant or helpful.”

“I recently contacted Sue and hired Kitchen, Hearth, and Home of Binghamton, NY to service my Hunter fireplace insert as I was having an intermittent flame shutdown issue. They do do not handle Hunter and advised me Hunter is out of business for fireplace inserts and that if parts are required, they would be very difficult to get. They were willing to do a service call to see if they could help. Their service technician came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem by measuring voltages to electric valves and made the easy fix, no parts required. Unit now operates well. He cleaned the unit thoroughly including the glass. The technician Dan was most pleasantl and accommodating. We could not be more pleased with their service. We highly recommend this business for fireplace insert service.”
