“Re: Crosslinks 20" Teak wood folding shower seat bench Part# HOM501102. Looks even better than we expected! Only one question: What kind of caulking do you recommend? Pro Installer tried a white silicon but it looked terrible so I removed it. The gap is quite large between cap and wall. Is that normal? Does it have to have caulking? The cap moves a little but thought that had something to do with making the seat stay up when not in use. Contractor threw directions away so can't refer to that info. Any chance you can email them to me?

All the while, I had Studio Design Works' Malibu fireplace photo pinned to my inspiration board. I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and called for a consultation.... BEST DECISION EVER! Wayne, the owner, responded quickly and came to discuss color and sizing options. Within days, he sent a CAD rendering along with the proposal for a custom mantel, surround, and hearth.
Three weeks after accepting the estimate, Arturo and another installer arrived. They were incredibly careful and detail oriented, protecting our floors with paper and drop cloths. The amount of time Arturo spent getting every surface straight and level was heroic. The outcome was absolute perfection. My only regret...not calling Wayne two years earlier!!”

“david came and did an estimate for us as well as a full chimney sweep. after buying a new house we've had a lot of contractors submitting bids and recommending expensive nice-to-have things. but he was thorough with the chimney inspection and recommended some repairs which were reasonable. we hired him back within a month to install a new damper and service with thermocrete.
I cant recommend A1 enough. we had JUST painted the walls and chimney white.. you wouldnt have known any chimney activity was going on.. A1 is professional, respectful, and keeps your home clean!”
