“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

On time and accountable for the installation, great suggestions, help with timing excellent in every way. From the first call over to Taylor's when Penny answered and was so helpful to our clients, I knew we picked the folks we will be working with for many years to come. We have been working with them since 2013. I have included some of the fireplace pics we have done over the years together with the folks at Taylor's. “I spent over a month researching direct vent fireplaces. Goal was to replace the decorative builder grade fireplace to a more efficient unit that would produce heat and warm the family room. I interviewed two local companies about fireplaces and reviewed numerous web sites and spoke to countless salesman in my search for a fireplace that was within my budget. During my internet search, I came across Fireplacesrus.net. Jeff answered and took the time to listen to me about my project. Jeff, having many years of experience installing guided me to a Kingsman ZCV39 which turned out to be perfect for our home. I ordered the unit from his site and 5 days later the unit was delivered in perfect shape. It took me a week to install working on it part time. Everything went together perfectly following instructions and she fired up with the remote on the first command. This was a DIY project so during the installation I had several questions and Jeff also took my calls and or answered my email questions. Installing a fireplace is not for the average DIY homeowner. It does require advanced DIY skill to complete the job safely. Thank you Jeff for being straight forward about the fireplaces you sell and your advice that helped me accomplish this project.”

“I am a NYC based interior designer and worked with Chesney's on a major project in San Francisco last year. We specified two beautiful Chesney's models; the "Nash" and the "Langley". The company's product and service are superior in every way, and working with Katherine Perino at the NYC showroom was a terrific experience. This was a long distance project with a lot of moving parts and thanks to Katherine, no detail was overlooked. The final results are absolutely spectacular, and the clients are thrilled. I had a wonderful experience and would work with Chesney's again tomorrow!”

Once again, he exceeded our wildest expectations. I will definitely bring him back to do the patio in our backyard.”
