“I called to get chimney cleaned and an estimate to replace the chase top and gutter covers. 2 guys came, one cleaned chimney from inside and the other got on roof to inspect. They did a great job, even left me a picture of the top so I could see the condition of it. I called a few days later and ordered the new chase top - they had already measured while they were here so they didn't need to come back until the chase top was ready to be installed. They called before they came and I was not home when they put the top up. They left the bill and a picture of the top after they repaired it. They also painted the cap black while they were up there.”

Jose was responsive with communication, upfront with pricing, and easy to schedule with. Before the service, he reached out to let me know everything to do to prepare, and ensured all my questions were answered. They arrived on time, took excellent COVID precautions, and checked in with me at every single point in the process to tell me what was about to happen, and to ask if I had any questions. He and his team were efficient and very thorough with the cleaning, and I was blown away by the before/after photos. After they left, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there, they cleaned up so thoroughly. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was just really impressed with the quality of service we received. Again, I highly recommend EES; home maintenance is stressful and expensive, so it’s really important to find people who are trustworthy, honest, and thorough - Jose and his team are all of that and more.”
