Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

Debra was able to design something that was a great home for the family and took advantage of the house's position and view - and she kept within our budget! She is great at the technical and creative aspects of her profession, but the upsell with Debra is her relationship and communication skills. Our job ran smoothly - not only because of the quality of the workmanship of our builder who she helped us choose - but also because Debra's communication style was considered, open and consultative - she acted as the perfect go-between for us all and issues were resolved quickly and easily. “We could not have been happier with the home that Keith and Trudi from Form Follows Function designed for us. Our house was demolished and completely rebuilt and we employed Keith at the very outset of the project . Keith managed the entire project including multiple rounds of designs, working with a difficult local council and managing their many compliance requirements, tendering and selection of a builder and then management of the detail of the build throughout the project. At all times Keith was calm, thorough and he really made the whole experience easy for us. While Keith and Trudi were really great to work, I guess the most important part of any home build is that you are happy with the final product. ... And we are.. The home we have ended up with is amazing to live in! The spaces are great, the light throughout is amazing, the finishes are spot on and people constantly comment on the quality of the the build and finishes. The design is very clever and makes for a family home that is cosy when you want it to be but can accommodate hoards of kids and family effortlessly.... and it is a great looking house! Having heard a lot of horror stories about clients sacking architects part way through a build because everyone disagrees - we could not have had a smoother ride!
