“We employed Simon having come across the firm in my role as a local council solicitor. We were not disappointed. We wanted a new porch, loft conversion and new integral garden room/ conservatory. Simon listened to our ideas and designed a layout has provided us with beautiful living space. He guided us through the planning process so that our planning application was supported by the council within the 8 week timeframe. He met every deadline and did so in a professional yet relaxed manner.
Further support and advice was provided as we appointed a builder and Charles Blake kept a helpful eye as the project went ahead, Everything went just as smoothly and on schedule.
Can't thank CBA enough, best decision we made.”

Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners.
The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension.
Again this has blended in perfectly and met with the total approval of the planning authorities.
