“LCI Design was requested to provide drawings of a small addition we are considering for our dining area. Ms. Lacas was extremely professional and open mined. She listen to our ideas and provided knowledgeable feedback. Ms. Lacas took our ideas and created outstanding drawings. She took it upon herself to providing us with additional ideas we hadn't even thought of. She was thinking beyond, out side of the box, which was great for us. Her drawings were completed on a timely manner. We are moving forwards with her drawings. I am looking forward to our end result.”

“We are very happy with the downstairs space that Deb Cove designed for us. We started with a disgusting semi-finished space in the basement of our very small 1927-built house. The floor was uneven, the lighting terrible, and the storage area almost useless. We wanted a clean and functional bathroom, an efficient laundry area and lots of enclosed storage space, but had no idea what to do. Deb listened to our needs and created a tentative design using a computer program. She was easy to work with and full of great ideas. She brought just enough samples to provide choices, but always recommended items that would fit in with the overall look she thought would suit the house. She had good contacts with tradespeople and suppliers, so I didn't have to search for materials. The laundry, bathroom and furnace area have been turned into a bright, efficient space that is now my favourite part of our house. I highly recommend her services.”

“My husband and I hired Kennedy Crawford Design to do our renovation of our West Vancouver residence. We were referred by friends of our that had done two renovations with Kennedy Crawford in West Vancouver and in Whistler and were very happy with the outcomes. We had seen both houses and thought the design style was a match to what we wanted as well. We had a consultation with Catherine the principal and she right off the bat came up with ideas that really drew us in and we felt like she could really see our vision and opened us up to new ideas we hadn't thought of. They did all the Architectural drawings, dealt with the Municipal permits process, selected amazing products and designs and ran the project for us. They did a fabulous job. They hired excellent sub-trades and managed every detail. We really felt like they were there for us in reference to answering questions and walking us thru the process from the design stage to the end of the build. They came up with innovative design ideas and have a fabulous aesthetic. We are thrilled with the outcome and love our new space. We would refer Catherine and her team to anyone thinking of renovating their home. I only have one complaint....renovating is addicting! :-)”
