“We employed Simon having come across the firm in my role as a local council solicitor. We were not disappointed. We wanted a new porch, loft conversion and new integral garden room/ conservatory. Simon listened to our ideas and designed a layout has provided us with beautiful living space. He guided us through the planning process so that our planning application was supported by the council within the 8 week timeframe. He met every deadline and did so in a professional yet relaxed manner. Further support and advice was provided as we appointed a builder and Charles Blake kept a helpful eye as the project went ahead, Everything went just as smoothly and on schedule. Can't thank CBA enough, best decision we made.”

From the Dormer extension for the master bedroom suite, to redesigning the kitchen and dining room to make one big open plan room, to the ground floor shower room and utility and even redesigning the patio area, Julie-Ann and her team have through their knowledge, experience and attention to the smallest detail, given me a beautiful home. “Hugh has completed two projects for us. The first was designing an extension at the rear of our property some 20 years ago. Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners. The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension. Again this has blended in perfectly and met with the total approval of the planning authorities. Hugh is a delight to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“I have worked with Andrew for a number of years now; firstly working for a major housebuilder and latterly my own development company building smaller, bespoke schemes. In either circumstance, Andrew is able to hone is years of experience to create a large scale scheme that maximises square footage and maximum revenue for the developer or create something with individuality, but in keeping with the vernacular of the area. His attention to detail is second to none and his town planning qualifications allow him to work closely alongside the Local Authority ensuring the best scheme for his client. “We were recommended New Space by a friend and they were brilliant from start to finish. We wanted another bedroom for our youngest daughter and with limited space around the house we didn't know how we could do it without moving. New Space suggested we converted our loft and came up with an incredible design which allowed us to have a new bedroom and en-suite in the loft. They made the process so simple, as well as fun and their drawings were so clear and detailed the builder was really happy.”
