He accepted to accomplish this project. We had e very good collaboration as his skills and knowledge as architect where in coherence with our personal taste. It was a considerable work, starting with all electrical and hydraulic installations completely renovated, the reinforcement of the walls with gypsum wall-boards, re-movement of old parquet floor and placement of new tiles in the whole apartment, replacement of the doors with new ones. And also the transformation of two small existing bathrooms in a new bigger bathroom and internal wardrobe. Finally the furniture that is very important and needs a lot of commitment in selection. After a voluminous work with a lot of tension and fatigue the results where very good. Now the apartment is completely new with a modern contemporary refurbishment.
