“Leslie was introduced to us through out cabinetmaker. She coordinated our entire kitchen renovation in 2011 and is helping us to do a makeover on our family room now, including a partial renovation of two bathrooms. Leslie has a way of helping a homeowner make good design decisions. She suggests, but never insists. She deftly steers the homeowner away from some items and provides rationale for going in a different direction, all with a sense of humor. One of the most important things Leslie brings to the table is her stable of tradespeople. Those who want to work with Leslie, and get repeat business, know that their work has to be right the first time. Leslie's contractors respect the home and clean up after themselves. When we discovered a plumbing problem during the kitchen renovation (which was not related to the renovation, but a coincidence) on a Sunday afternoon, Leslie had the plumber out on Monday morning! Leslie is always thinking about the project at hand and how she can keep things moving along. She has great ideas and suggestions, and can redirect a project if some items come in over budget. For all these reasons, we're having Leslie back this year and will likely involve her for any future renovations.”
