“Ian Johnston has done an excellent job of designing and serving as the on -going architect for a project at our beach community. This project is now in its 4th and final year, covering 8 condominium buildings. His architecture drawings were thorough and were the basis for contractor bidding; He remained involved to inspect the stages of completion in each building. He participated in a process where he met with the facility manager and the general contractor project manager weekly. This enabled the establishment of a punch list each week of items to be resolved and ensure that a high level of quality was maintained throughout the project.”

There are designer / architects, but Michael is a true artist able to work in any style, bring it to the twenty first centurry and impress a special flair. It is interesting when all the workers on a job say if they could they would have him design something for them as the designs have something very special. He is easy to work with, listens to you, helps guide you to a plan that fits you and yet pushes you to expansive visions. The staff are all very complimentary in skills and talent. They kept us out of potential trouble many times. As one who has been involved in many building projects I would say anyone considering anyone else in WIlmington as their archidect needs to reconsider and look more closely at Kersting architecure, the best in Wilmington and possibley the state. Unigue and truly creative designs with impressive followup and I rarely give recommendations.”
