“Damien Busillo of DLB Architecture and Design has been a pleasure to work with. Although my husband and I have built four homes in the past this was our first experience with having a custom home design. He has been a great help in finding ways to convey exactly the design we wanted, working with builders in the bidding process, working to help us find the landscape designer that fits our tastes and working wit h our neighborhood ARB to help us get our design approved. Damien has been very flexible to make changes in order to fit our needs and I know that the end product will be a home that we will be so proud to call our own. It's been a pleasure to work with him!”

“I met Will over 10 years ago when he was the project Architect on a complicated multi million dollar oceanfront home my company was building. This is not an easy position to fill and he did an excellent job. We formed a good relationship and for more than a decade Will has done design and CAD drafting work for my company. I have found him to have superior design skills, takes direction very well, completes his work on time and has respect for budget constraints. Most recently we have been working together on the shop drawings for all of the interiors of an apartment in Manhattan, NY. This has been a difficult and demanding project and as usual Will has performed very well. More over, I have found him to have an exemplary work ethic and solid character. We have worked together many times on an hourly basis and I always felt that his compensation was fair, justified and reasonable.”

Now that it is complete, we get compliments about how awesome and beautiful it is from family/friends and people just walking by. Our first meeting, Darryl just listened...to our needs, our lifestyle and our aspirations for the home. Based on his approach, we were 90% there on the 1st design. Darryl took into consideration our words and added architectural design, how it would fit into the locale, and made it one of a kind. Along the way, we encountered a few necessary changes in the field, and Darryl made suggestions, collaborated directly with our project manager and designer, and in the end stayed within our budget and improved the overall design. We would recommend Cobb Architects without exception - you truly won't be disappointed.”
