Her prompt responses, timely delivery and willingness to share her thoughts throughout the process was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. “My wife and I got different quotes from different firms. We met the architects and felt very comfortable with Fernando. When we told him we were building a modern home his eyes lite up and said he enjoyed designing modern, right then I knew he was our guy. What Lima charged us for their services was above par. They offered way more services for less then what other architects in the area were charging. Fernando worked patiently with my wife and was always available to discuss modifications. The end result has produced a beautiful home and we can not wait to start building it. If you are deciding on a architect in the Oakville area, I dare you to get two quotes then get Lima to quote you and you will see the difference in both price and service. The level of professionalism is top notch and worry free. Lima Architect has so far been a great experience and will use him again for our next house. Great job Fernando to you and your team. “I can only give the highest recommendation for the Landing Company. Will Klassen is one of the most creative people I have ever met. He also has the ability to discover what type of creativity (or style) his customer most enjoys. I never once felt "pushed" into a design I didn't like, but rather was "stretched" in my choices and without exception the end result exceeded my expectations. For example, I wanted to use a large piece of "live-edge" slate for a back-splash for my stove. Will made it happen in a way I didn't imagine and it looked stunning. A telling comment by a long-time friend the first time she saw the renovation finished was, "It's very YOU--classy but comfortable!"”

The entire new addition was outstanding in design and quality living and working space. I have no reservations in recommending Jesse for any job. He was professional, respectful and a great listener. “Brian did an amazing job Re-imagining a 1950s house with a 1970s & 1980s “bolt-on” renovation… to be a single integrated modern house, including building out a two-car garage and amazing Master Bedroom with all glass walls and skylights. The work was stunning.”
