She was courteous, prompt in her responses, offered me a discounted price on her services to meet my needs and gave me referrals to other contractors in the area. She also took valuable time out of her day to look at them in anticipation of timely completion of the plans. Although I did not win the bid on those projects, I would welcome the opportunity to have her work with me on the plans for my new home in Augusta which should be closing in two months.
