I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”

“George Merlin and his associate Nabil Raad designed and managed the construction of our dream home in Sarasota. We're so very thrilled with the end product. George and Nabil are incredibly talented architects. They listened to our ideas and needs and came up with an awesome design that is gorgeous in and out as well as very functional and livable. Whenever we had a design issue, George and Nabil came up with very creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions, such as a hidden door in theater, hidden outdoor motorized screens and shutters, etc.. I can't recall one item that George was not able to come up with some kind of solution to accommodate our wishes.
Our project was complicated and took couple of years to finish. George was instrumental in navigating the most convoluted regulatory and permitting landscape.. His knowledge of the local building codes was critical in allowing us to realize our vision.. He also helped us reach resolutions to many crises that arose during our project. We felt that he kept our best interest in mind at each stage of project.
We could not have asked for a more ethical and professional staff to design our home. We have no reservation whatsoever in recommending George and Nabil, we already have!”
