“Steve Hendrix and i have worked together for many years. He takes a very rough drawing I jot down for him and makes it a professional to scale plan that I can turn in to any HOA. Steve always gets my work done in a very timely manner and at a affordable price. I would recommend Nevada Home design and do so to anyone looking to add on or in need of design work done.”

“Highest recommendation! We absolutely love the new custom home that Martin, with Concept Architecture, designed for us. Martin took our ideas and some very site specific requirements and created a home that is so much more than we expected. Martin is friendly, professional and REALLY listens. The very first draft sketches proved that he understood what we wanted and needed. He worked with the county to meet all of the special requirements for building on a slope near water.”

“Lori Phariss did a fantastic job on my recent home addition/renovation. She is professional, listened to all my ideas as we moved forward with the project, and kept me up to date every step of the way. l have since passed contact info for Lori Phariss on to many of my friends looking to also renovate or add to their homes. One friend has already hired Lori to design a Casita (in-law quarters) being added to their current property. Highly recommend Lori Phariss if you are looking for a great person to work with … you can anticipate excellent end results!”

“Mike Peterson was our Architect on an addition to our home. His design was innovative and totally different from other Architect's visions resulting in a finished product that blended with the original design of our home so much so that it looked like part of the original construction. He was able to come in under our budget, which other Architects said they could not do. Mike also assisted us by providing the most professional, skilled group of sub-contractors - all true craftsmen. Mike provided guidance and direction throughout the entire project finishing under budget and beating our deadlines. His easy-going attitude was refreshing and his honesty and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with the results we achieved with Mike Peterson and he is our first and only "go-to" guy for all of our future home projects. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting a talented, truly honest professional!”

“The staff at Ohashi Design Studio helped me design my kitchen/living space. I wanted to open up our galley kitchen to be able to see our incredible view from the kitchen. They came up with a design I never imagined could work so well. Rather than just remove a wall, they moved the kitchen, changed it to a more functional shape and not only opened up the view, but made the living space feel like we were outside. I have been especially impressed with their level of service. They listened to my dreams and goals and turned it into a reality beyond what I'd hoped for. They were available anytime I needed guidance during construction and made sure the project was built down to the finest details. They helped me find a contractor and oversaw the bidding process. They helped pick out all the materials and finishes, even the paint color. I can't say enough about their level of expertise and professionalism. I worked with Dave and Alan.”
