“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“NineTen Architects were excellent from start to finish on our project - a loft conversion to a bungalow, adding master bedroom with glazed end wall, ensuite bathroom and dressing area. There were also modifications to the Ground Floor, removing a wall and (obviously) adding a staircase. Jeremy and James visited us and talked through the potential of the space, helping us to understand what was and wasn't possible, down to the details and materials. NineTen were very good at communicating and sent us a number of sets of drawings for comment, taking on board our requests at each stage and revising the drawings all the way up to a detailed set suitable for the builder to use for construction. Overall, completely satisfied and happy with the service we got from NineTen Architects and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

The building was well designed, fitted the conservation area perfectly and on budget. The DesEwing business provided a unique design that gets noticed for all the right reasons. “Danny at DS Designs was absolutely excellent throughout the project. They helped us transform our semi detached home with a rear extension. Throughout the project Danny was extremely attentive, always available to discuss and would always take time with us. His eye for detail and fantastic talent were the reasons we chose DS Designs and we were so thankful we did. Throughout the project they were extremely practical and made sure every decision was for our benefit. They were amazing at helping us with the project and highlight things that would be important for us as a family. We cannot recommended DS Design highly enough. Danny has subsequently completed a number of other projects for our family and friends.”
