“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. “We met Denise, the head behind Preschel Design Studio, back in 2016 when my wife and I decided to build a custom house for our family in Miami, Fl. We had actually already chosen a different architect but decided to meet with Denise anyway as part of a due diligence process we wanted to follow. Upon meeting her our immediate impression was that she was far too young for the project at hand but by the end of a one-hour pitch meeting we decided on the spot that she was the right person for the job.
