“We are a Design/Build/General Building Construction Company that specializes in exceptionally high energy efficient framing systems (SIPs) and green building practices for residential custom homes and remodels. We searched for a Designer that had a deeper knowledge of Green Building design when we found Geoff Williams with California Home Designs. It was a plus when we learned that he had some experience with designing with SIPs. We've been building a relationship with Geoff over the past year where he helped us complete a design in progress and met with a new client for a Design/Build project coming up. His knowledge of Design and Architecture came through to our clients. He demonstrated to us his creativity and innovative approach to his designs. Geoff Williams has been a pleasure to work with. “I feel so fortunate to have met Sarah Lee when I initially walked into Guchi Interior Design. She has a solid background in design and is very experienced. She listened to my quirky ideas and my tendency to love bling. The results were master and guest bathrooms which would be described as timeless classic with some sparkle. She added new products which we love and took my request for an under the counter hair dryer/curling iron holder in stride. Sarah coordinated my idea with Guchi Interior’s master craftsman and I LOVE IT!!!! She was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We have signed on for a kitchen remodel and cannot wait to see the finished product!”
