“Matt is great to work with! He came into the disaster zone that was my first complete property overhaul. His vision paralleled mine and he was able to give advice on design ideas I had not previously considered. For example, I knew I wanted to open up my kitchen to flow into the dining room but Matt had a brilliant idea to that allowed me to do this while also creating more counter space AND a pantry in my tiny kitchen while still feeling very open. With Matt, we also created a whole new bathroom and expanded existing bedrooms by removing one half side of a cape cod roof and replacing it with a dormer that ran the length of the house. It added over 400sq/ft of living space to the house. He was very responsive to any concerns I had and provided me with all the information I needed about my reconstruction design. Matt was available when I needed him and met all timelines. I am more than please with the results and will definitely use Matt on future projects!”

“Maria was the architect for our renovation of a historic warehouse bay into the office for our new self storage business. She had to deal with architectural challenges in the conversion as the old space didn't automatically meet our needs. There were more challenges as our sub-contractors original specs wouldn't work in practice. Maria jumped up and took care of these problems often before we knew they were problems. As the founders of our business were all "design challenged", it was great to have an architect with great interior design skills as well. “I hired Sarah to salvage a DIY kitchen renovation that's been at least 4 years in the making. My project had gotten a bit off track and I wanted help with a better design and a clear path forward workplan-wise. Sarah was excellent at listening to my (sometimes super-specific) needs and preferences and incorporating them into a fantastic kitchen design. I already had a lot of materials picked out, various family members doing different pieces of the project, and some stubborn ideas about how I wanted things to be laid out. Sarah expertly incorporated what was good and provided alternatives for what could use improvement. She was respectful of my budget too. I'm so happy with the finishes that she picked for my kitchen and the workplan she laid out. I can't wait to build her design in real life. I've already recommended her to friends. 100% would hire again!!”
