“My project for this firm was to update and modernize a 1950's tiny (750 sq. ft.) bungalow that I bought in anticipation of retirement and downsizing. It had not been remodeled since it was built, and, while solid, needed lots of work. I wanted a more open feel (but without moving a lot of walls, to keep costs down), a larger bathroom, and lots of built in storage. This was a complete remodel--all new everything (including plumbing and wiring), so I knew the basics alone would not be cheap. LeMaster Architects helped me with all phases of this project, from generating ideas to a very well thought out final plan to materials selection. While they had lots of very good ideas of their own they were also completely willing to listen to mine, and incorporate them where feasible. They met all deadlines, were available whenever I had questions, and my contractor told me they were the best architects he had ever worked with. I have been living in the house for 5 years now and I have yet to find anything I wish I had done differently. And I know this is because I had such a great contractor, and such great architects.”

“Very pleased with the results of our outdoor living area. After meeting with Mr. Ayala and giving him an idea of what we liked and wanted, he gave us ideas and drew up the plans as well to execute the building of our outdoor living area. The plans that he drew up made the outdoor living area look as though it was in the original plans for the house and not an addition. This is the look we wanted. Mr. Ayala was very professional, attentive and patient with us. He was a pleasure to work with.”

“Tom was the architect and Jeff handled the construction of a second floor addition and a pool house. The work and design were excellent. Tom completed work in a timely manner and took into consideration my wants and desires. Jeff's work was excellent but his time management was suspect. They both were a joy to work with but completion was a frustration. I would hire both of them again but hold Jeff to greater time expectations.”

“John has done 2 major projects for me. All with professional and very satisfactory results. The loft addition was a major project that involved staircase, and major renovation of 4 rooms of the house . with very satisfactory results. The second was a 3rd garage addition and concrete slab. Also totally satisfied with the results. Both projects look as if the house was built with the additions.”
