“We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“I highly recommend Oza Sabbeth. I worked with the team to design and build my dream house and guest house. I couldn't be happier with the end result. The house is modern yet warm - a true oasis. The project was a true collaborative effort and it was fun - how often do you get to say that about building a house. The design was not "cookie cutter", in fact, a somewhat difficult build and using their construction team was a very good decision. The project was completed in 2014 - I still have a good relationship with the group and I count on them to help me if little issues arise as the often do.”

He combines engineering, design, details and above all a responsive customer friendly attitude. He was always available. He went above and beyond; I depended on him for lots of details that were outside of the scope of he services such as paint color and furniture layout. He worked on a city town home for me that was a standard row but created moldings, archways and other details that gave it an original charm.
