“Eric Dale is an accomplished architectural designer who is able to translate ideas and concepts into beautiful plans that become an amazing home. Eric has said many times " the difference in a good design and a great design is the details" and he thinks through all of the little details. Eric has a great eye and makes sure that every aspect of a design is perfected. I was the beneficiary of his wealth of his experience and could not be happier with my plans and my home.”

He helped us to rethink the raw space and to think about how we could modernize the spaces so they would better work for our situation long term. He also added several clever and beautiful elements, such as lighting, that subtly spoke to our heritage and religion while updating the interiors.”

“We met with two plan designers before meeting with Mr. Skinner. After just a few minutes with him, we knew we had found the one that would design our home. He took my ideas from a few things I had on paper and in a couple of days we had our design. He saw our vision very well and made use of every inch of space. I had some unusual things, one being a middle of the room fireplace, and he made it work so well while also merging the two different styles of my husband and myself. There was no "We can have these to you in a month or so", it was less than 1 week! We are now about 4 weeks to move in day and I couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you, Mr. Skinner!”
