“Tony was both creative and pragmatic on our massive rennon project on this 1978 link detached house that had been neglected and unloved since the previous owner was taken ill, some time back. His use of space and introduction of light and curves into areas of the house have been elemental in creating more space for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful choice of materials. Always will to help and be pro-active in a "soft-way" and working well with the building team made the project and enjoyable and rewarding experience.”

“Tim Hannon visited me to discuss plans for my new house, having explained what I wanted Tim came back with a plan, there were a few tweeks to satisfy my requirements, but other wise the design was perfect. Tim kept in touch through the whole process, offering advice when I needed it (I project managed the site) the result was a property that is frequently admired by passers by and a very comfortable home to live in.”

They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“We gave Nicholas the impossible task of turning a large but totally architecturally challenged farmhouse into a beautiful home. he and his team excelled at this and there attention to detail is exceptional. We asked for a design only service, this is what we got along with more than agreed detailed drawings of every possible element of the rebuild. The job was so impressive that our neighbours employed Nicholas to do their farmhouse and it too have turned out to be an exquisite end result. I would recommend NV ltd again and again.”

“We have used Beanland Associates for two house projects. The first was some internal remodelling of a Victorian townhouse, where Stan's ability to think laterally and creatively allowed great use of the space. The second was a much larger extension to a house which had already been extended more than once. He worked closely with us to understand the brief and came up with really good solutions and assisted with some of the project management to help control costs. The house now feels much more cohesive and flows internally much better.”
