I've been fortunate enough to work with Tom Gallagher from Semple Brown on a couple of projects over the last couple of years. I just got a glimpse at the professional photos of our most recent project together and the finished product is absolutely stunning. The architects at Semple Brown are extremely creative and talented with the vision to make your project a special place. A Semple Brown home is the kind of place where you drive away and can't help but rubber-neck one last look as you drive away......because it's just that incredible and you can't believe it's yours. As the cherry on top, they are fun to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Semple Brown to anyone looking to build a new home.”

“The architects at TKP have great vision and practical ideas. I had spent months working with another architect to design an addition to our 55-year-old home but nothing clicked. Then Karen Keating looked all through our home, sat down and in a matter of minutes roughly sketched out a plan which included a dining nook, den, office, bath and storage room. I knew we'd found the firm with which we wanted to work. Everyone that we worked with at TKP was respectful of our ideas, and then made them even better. We love our three-year-old, 1000 square foot "new" space. It flows beautifully with the original house.”

“We hired Leigh at Studio 4C was amazing! She created a second master suite in our house, and was able to create a cost effective space that preserved function, design, and high quality décor. It was really important to us to hire someone who was both an architect and interior designer. She was able to give us many options from tile to cabinet hardware--oftentimes, from the comfort of our own home, by clicking an internet link! I would use Leigh and Studio 4C for any future projects!”

“Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

It is innovative, incorporating a number of features that make the house not only beautiful but functional as well. Sally is easy to work with. She comes up with great ideas and solutions while never forgetting the clients needs and wants. “HMHAI developed an initial design concept for our home along South Boulder Creek which capitalizes on the mountain views across open space in a way which will both enhance our quality of life and the value of our home investment. They have worked seamlessly with our general contractor and the team of engineers required to meet the stringent Boulder building code, which we passed "without comment" on the first submission of our plans. In addition to designing a beautiful home, they've assisted us in selecting well-respected and efficient structural engineers, energy consultants, and all of theother professionals needed to build a new home. The design team has guided us toward sound and aesthetically appealing finish choices inside and out. We'll finish our home mid-summer and are thoroughly enjoying the building process (a pleasant surprise). Our highest recommendation to Harvey Hine and his team at HMHAI.”
