“United Architects exceeded my expectations in every way. The details, creativity and design excellence put into a complete remodel of my home was beyond what any other firm could have supplied. “My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”

“Evan designed our house following ideas we had accumulated over several years dreaming and planning out final home. He was extremely easy to work with and greatly improved many of our ideas while designing a residence that flows easily. We wanted a way to display an extensive art collection while still having an open floor plan to encompass the hill country views. The house completely exceeded our vision while at the same time incorporating many green and cost saving features. He listened to our vision and designed a contemporary masterpiece that we will enjoy for years to come.”

“We own a well designed and built 1926 bungalow, which had a not-so-well designed addition in the 1950s. We loved and treasured the original part of the house, but wanted to remove the addition and add a master bedroom suite and home office that would blend in with the charm of the original house and its steep-pitched (12/12) tile roof. We talked to three architects (paid two to draw concept sketches) but no one could – or wanted to take the time to - determine how to tie into the stick-built roof and create an addition large enough to meet our needs but not overwhelm the original structure. That is, no one until we met Mark Pemberton. We had heard of Mark and knew he had designed a number of beautiful – and very large – homes in central Florida and thought that our little addition would not be of interest to him; but decided to contact him. It was clear from our first meeting that if anybody could solve our design problem it would be Mark. It didn’t come easy but he was engaged, involved, innovative, and persistent. With Mark’s attention to detail – and a builder and roofer (who found and installed matching 1926 Ludowici tile) with the same craftsman dedication – we have a wonderful addition to our home.”

“I HIRED SEBASTIAN EILERT TO DEVELOP THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR MY NEW HOME IN CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA. MR. EILERT WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND WAS VERY PROMPT WITH HIS WORK AND DEADLINES. HE WAS NEVER LATE ON A DEADLINE. MR. EILERT WAS RECEPTIVE AND WELCOMED ALL OR OUR OPINIONS AND COMMENTS. HE MADE DESIGNING OUR DREAM HOME FUN AND HE MADE US FEEL AS WE WERE THE ONES DESIGNING THE HOUSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND MR.
