“Our beautifully renovated second floor never would have happened without Zuzanna of Studio Z Design. I think the most important skill she brought to the project for us was how she guided us through a decision making process that was logical, well-paced and timely. Her excellent drawings showing alternative designs and looks supported that decision making. She managed the tendering professionally, and helped us reconsider some features when estimates came in somewhat higher than we were hoping. During the construction phase, we had the peace of mind knowing that Zuzanna was there to mediate any issues that might arise with the contractor. None did. I would highly recommend her services.”

“We hired Richard Kossak from New Age Design to create a large family home for us. The project consisted of an existing historical home surrounded by additions on three sides. The design challenge Richard faced was to give us the new space we required and still preserve the existing historical home. His inspiration and experience truly shows in the finished project, we are extremely happy. We can highly recommend New Age Design to anyone who is looking for a professional design experience. “My husband and I are currently working with Wanda to update the kitchen of our Toronto century home (my estimates below are projected therefore, rather than actual, as the work is not yet complete). Wanda took time to hear our needs and wants and has been expert at helping us to clarify what those actually are. We had been stalled in the decision making stage for years, and within a few short weeks of working with Wanda, she had helped us to come up with a design that we are very happy with. It works for our esthetic and our budget and solved the design riddles that had plagued us. I had seen some other projects that Wanda worked on and whilst I really admired them, I knew my husband and I would be making very different style choices from those clients. I have been most impressed with Wanda's ability to "get" and work with our eclectic and somewhat undefined tastes as well as our thrifty budget.”

“I hired William Dewson Architects to design a summer cottage in Georgian Bay on a 5 acre island. Our first challenge was to figure out the site plan and where to put the cottage given numerous zoning restrictions and other natural fators. Bill and his team were great to work with throughout the whole process of defining the best site and then brainstorming the design that best suited our family asthetic. Bill's charismatic enthusiasm made our meetings fun and creative, we were all very happy with the end result and thoroughly enjoyed the design experience from start to finish.”

“My wife and I got different quotes from different firms. We met the architects and felt very comfortable with Fernando. When we told him we were building a modern home his eyes lite up and said he enjoyed designing modern, right then I knew he was our guy. What Lima charged us for their services was above par. They offered way more services for less then what other architects in the area were charging. Fernando worked patiently with my wife and was always available to discuss modifications. The end result has produced a beautiful home and we can not wait to start building it. If you are deciding on a architect in the Oakville area, I dare you to get two quotes then get Lima to quote you and you will see the difference in both price and service. The level of professionalism is top notch and worry free. Lima Architect has so far been a great experience and will use him again for our next house. Great job Fernando to you and your team.
