We also worked through a lot of major design issues together due to the available lot space. It was impressive how we could come up with innovative solutions that we could agree on, and still make the house very livable and still beautiful. Every time I'm in my yard I see people stopping just to look at my home. Brad worked on an hourly basis and did not nickle and dime me, so the cost was quite reasonable. My interior designer ended up costing me more than his architect services. He also worked well with my contractor, surveyor and the authorities in Clearwater. “This is a remodel with a building addition for a kitchen service areas.
These plans and specifications also include a new outdoor walk in refrigerated cooler.
The project also includes civil, parking and landscape design to the existing site.
I am very pleased with all the excellent effort from Patty and her team members in completing this complex project. Construction will start in a few weeks and I am confident in our construction documents provided by RE&A as we move forward with breaking ground thru our final inspections.
