He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. We have undertaken 2 renovations and Vanessa was the architect on both occasions. In fact, we delayed our 2nd renovation to coincide with her return to Australia so she could be on-site for the job. Vanessa has a relaxed and friendly manner that belies her expertise and talent. Whilst her ideas and recommendations are outstanding, Vanessa's great strength is her ability to listen to and understand what we were hoping to achieve and then to make it happen. The design is very clever. Additionally, Vanessa has a great approach to working with the builder and sub-contractors and whilst you often hear about builder / architect difficulties Vanessa's approach and way of working with people ensures a happy and positive outcome for all parties. We are now looking at developing some apartments and wouldn't think of using anyone else. In fact, we can't wait to work with Vanessa again. Great person. Wonderful architect.”

My interaction with The Site Foreman began with a hand shake and that has set the tone from the very first interaction. I respect and use the concept of 'straight talk' and once the team became aware of my style all discussions have been frank, open and honest - the only way to conduct business in my opinion.
