“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. ““You can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse” - Maybe not, but Doug Okun and Associates did succeed in turning what was once attic space in a Victorian house into a third floor modern suite. Indeed, by moving walls, and re-configuring space, he managed to create two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sizable closet and a gracefully curving staircase from the second floor. What had been dark, even claustrophobic, rooms became the bedroom level of a two story condo unit in a very desirable location in Somerville, Massachusetts. Doug worked closely with his contractor to see us through an at times arduous permitting process. In every respect he was indispensible.”

“My wife and i had a small house in newton, mass. We had at the time three young boys and not enough room for all so we started looking aroind and we found Allen Taylor he came over and started working away on plans for new addition we met with builder and all went perfect never met someone that went out of his way to make shure things were done to specs so we had him draw plans for a garage city approved it and agin everyone involved in building it said they were inrest by him”

“We are on our second project with this firm and only have good things to say about them. They are a versatile and professional company with many talented architects and designers in house. We are currently collaborating on an 18,000 sf Tudor style house from the 1920s. There are a lot of moving parts involved in this project from historic restoration to engineering to kitchen design and finish selections. They have risen to all challenges. A pleasure to have as a team player.”

“Patrick is a calm intelligent and creative design build contractor / Licensed Architect . He has an under graduate degree from Harvard . I only mention this because he most likely wouldn't . :) Patrick has designed and added a large garage / studio to our home . He also came up w/ some cleaver ideas on a kitchen facelift . He is construction is quality and costs are reasonable. He plays well w/ others ...”
