“Jeremy Gill completely gutted our 70's style kitchen and replaced it with an updated, unique design. His mastery of wood created a warm, invititing, functional space that is now my favorite room in the house. We were worried that there would not be room for all the things stored in the two large pantries, but his innovative cabinet design more than made up for it while creating an open feeling. The finish on the cabinets makes the character of the wood stand out, and his attention to detail is outstanding. Anyone wanting something more than the standard fare from big box stores at a reasonable price should seriously consider Gill Design.”

“After having seen several projects, residential and commercial, McLelland Architecture had completed, we decided to go with the expertise of Jon McLelland. What attracted me most were innovative ideas, an interest in sustainability and LEED, and the proven talent to combine older historical buildings with a touch of modern. We received expert drawings, as well as great recommendations for our residential kitchen remodel, a major undertaking in an older home that required the removal of load bearing walls and complete reconfiguration of the space. McLelland Architecture provided fantastic services, and we would hire them again in a heart beat - highly recommended!”

“John has nearly completed the plans for our new house and it has been a great experience working with him. He has a rare combination of both creative and analytic abilities. From a very general vision we initially provided, he was able to develop a high level plan in very few iterations, despite the fact we live out of state and had only a couple of face to face meetings. His use of 3D renderings was quite helpful in this process. The construction documents he created were extremely detailed and well thought out. Our builder was quite impressed and had no significant suggestions for changes. John's customer service ethic is also admirable. He is very responsive, patient, and always meets his commitments for deliverable dates and content. We break ground in a couple of months and based on our experience so far, expect John will work with our builder towards a successful project.”

“I went to Scott after buying what should have been a tear down in Nashville's historic Belmont area. Knowing the house falls within the Historic District we knew we'd have a number of hurdles to jump to keep in their good graces while at the same time creating a showplace. We faced a number of challenges, not least of which was we had a tiny footprint, we wanted more square footage but we also wanted to respect the neighbors and not "overbuild". Scott listened to what we wanted... then turned his eye to design a house that not only exceeded expectations, but won two national awards from Qualified Remodeler! Scott Wilson Architect, LLC quite deservedly gets HIGH marks all around!!!”
